TOP Promotional Products provides a unique service by offering fully customized product samples to our business and educational customers looking to expand their marketing promotions. Once your request has been submitted, we will evaluate your company or school to see if you meet this criteria. Soon after approval, your request is processed and your sample will ship within a few days. Due to the imprint method used for some products, customized samples may not be available. In this case we will send a blank along with a customized digital proof.
The first customized sample is FREE for most items; additional samples are $5 each with a maximum of 3 samples. Samples of premium items such as power banks, watches, wall clocks, etc will be charged at first column pricing certain restrictions may apply. Once the sample is sent, we will invoice your company.
Please note: Our sample request program is limited to businesses or schools that will evaluate the product for promotional or award program use. TOP Promotional Products reserves the right to refuse shipment of any sample to any party at our discretion
After we receive your Sample Request, if your artwork is needed, we will send you an e-mail to confirm the information you provided. At that time, you will need to attach the necessary files containing your artwork (including any fonts) to that e-mail and send back to info@topusa.com. If you are a returning customer and your artwork is on file, please make a note of that in the "Comments" section. You do not need to resubmit your artwork. Thank you!
